I'm really interested in the interaction between humans and digital, and how things like smart use of data can enhance that.
In my career I've been lucky enough to explore this with some great brands, working at agencies, technology providers and ultimately founding my own studio in 2011.
ActionRocket is a boutique team based in a studio in Clerkenwell, London. We focus on email design, development, strategy and deployment for a great mix of clients.
Along with a friend of mine, I co-founded Future Design Unit, a company that builds interesting products. Our first project is Taxi for Email, a platform that helps marketers produce their best email campaigns.

I write about Email design at Email Design Review, the Taxi for Email blog, and on various other things at Medium. I'm writing a guide to Email Marketing Guide, for beginners and self improvers.
I have a podcast called EmailTalk, where I talk with #EmailGeeks about email marketing and related things.
Occasionally I talk at conferences and meetups, most recently at events for Litmus, eBay and IBM.
